English and Scottish parliaments accept Act of Union; form United Kingdom of Great Britain

I wonder if Scotland will stay part of the Union after the Scottish independence referendum on Thursday, 18th September 2014. If it becomes independent, will I need a new passport? Will they put up border crossings to keep out the Sassanachs? The Roman Hadrian built a wall to keep the Scots out of the Roman Empire, maybe the Scots could revamp the wall;-)
Will the Union Jack look like this?

Lonnie Donegan

in Bridgeton, Glasgow Scotland

Died 3rd November 2002

in Peterborough, England

About twenty years ago, I saw him live in Tondern, Denmark. It was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. He played skiffle Rock-a-Billie and a melody of his famous hits from the fifties and sixties. Who can’t remember „My Old Man’s a Dustman" or „Does Your Chewinggum Lose it‘ Flavour? (on the bedpost over night)"

Watch the two videos below, it’s worth it!

Does Your Chewinggum Lose it’s Flavour?

Cycle ride of the day:

Today was a good day, none of the heavy traffic as of yesterday. Where I had twenty cars passing me, today I met not one. That’s the way I like it; when I get my head down pacing the kilometres.

See the pictures; isn’t that a sorry sight? Yesterday the patch of land was glowing with dandelions and today! I know they’re a menace to have in the lawn but they do look good when they are blooming.

Bye, see you all tomorrow. Have a good day
