Event of the Day:

The Rolling Stones play a free live concert in Hyde Park, London
It was the first live concert since two years and just two days after the death of Brian Jones, Mike Taylor was the new guitarist. Between 250,000 and 500,000 people attended; the Stones topped the show, the other acts were King Krimson, Alexis Korner's New Church, Third Ear Band, Family and two unknown bands; Screw and the Battered Ornaments.
Take some time off and watch the video of the concert (with interviews of the band, the British Hells Angels and others), it is of a very good quality:

She was cloned from a mammary gland cell from an adult sheep. The name Dolly was given to her by one of the scientists who cloned her, Ian Wilmut; he stated "Dolly is derived from a mammary gland cell and we couldn't think of a more impressive pair of glands than Dolly Parton's"

Thoughts:
Hi, isn't it a beautiful day? the sun 's shining, it's warm and I've got the day off work.
This week wasn't my week, since I came back from my holiday in England I have had a cold (collective aaahhh!) It isn't too bad but that and the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness: I learn something everyday); my week turned out miserable.
The work was good though; I had something to do each and every day at least five hours for me that is nearly overworking. The last two days I had 3D drawing again then I am in my element, but because it comes up so seldom I'm a little rusty. I get the job done, it just takes a little longer.
Now it's time for football; France is playing against Germany. My forecast 3:1 for France.
The first half is over and Germany leads 1:0, they didn't look too good though the last quarter hour. I could still be right with my forecast, I hope not! My forecast was wrong, Germany won. Who will they play against in the semifinal?

| Rose hips, Oma used to make jam out of the ripe ones; the seeds need to be removed. As a child I used the seeds as itching powder. |
A day without Lincoln, there are many more photos of my holidays, but I don't want to get you fed up too soon.
Anyone going to watch the Tour de France, starting in Leeds, Yorkshire today?
Bye till tomorrow!
