frontman died in a fire at his home.
After Steve
left the group they joined up with Rod Stewart dropped the Small and called
themselves the Faces. I can remember seeing the group in the Top of the Pops
back in the seventies, at the time the artists mimed the song being played, but
instead of doing this the started kicking a football between themselves. It was
a laugh after seeing all the other artists seriously pretending to perform a
song. After seeing the video it’s not as brilliant as I can recall.
